{Quick Update} Spokane Photographer

First off, I am officially on vacation as of yesterday until August 2nd. I may or may not have access to Internet/e-mail, so if you contact me, please be patient! I will respond as soon as possible.

Second, I wanted to give a quick availability update: I only have 4 sessions remaining available between now and the end of October! Be sure to contact me soon if you want fall/holiday pictures to reserve a date. Holiday sessions must be completed by November 15th.
July: Fully Booked
August: Only 1 session remaining available – the weekend of August 21st-22nd.
September: Only 1 session remaining available – the weekend of September 4th-5th
October: 2 sessions remaining available – weekend of October 2nd-3rd and weekend of October 23rd-24th

I have left some space for newborn sessions, but please contact me early to ensure availability.

I’m off to enjoy the sun and spend time with my family!

{The M Family} Spokane Family Photographer

I had the great pleasure of meeting this wonderful family this week. The twin boys are just a couple months older than my daughter and so much fun. They had lots of fun looking for the moon, finding sticks and rocks, and racing each other.

{Harper – 6 Days Old} Spokane Newborn Photographer

{Jackson – 11 days old} Spokane Newborn Photographer

Ahhh…sweet, sweet Jackson. He was so good for me. He loved to be swaddled, which in turn, made him fall into a nice deep sleep, which in turn allowed me to get lots of great shots. He even gave me some great eye contact when I first got there. Can’t ask for anything more! :)

Backyard Campout 2010

Saturday night was The Great American Backyard Campout night. You may remember pictures from last year when we participated in it. So I guess 2 years in a row makes it a tradition, right?The weekend ended up being just gorgeous and we pretty much spent all day outside and the kids playing in their little pool. Then we had some friends over for a BBQ, had a campfire, and then spent the night in the tent. The kid’s absolutely loved it and it was a lot of fun! Ahhhh…love summer time! Just a few snapshots from the day.

Both kids still do not like Smores. They will eat everything separate (well Teagun doesn’t like marshmallows), but together…no way! Crazy kids! (Teagun is just pretending to eat his smore here).

hmmm…think somebody is ready for bed??? It looks could kill… :)

And just a quick “HAPPY ANNIVERSARY” to my husband! Today we are celebrating 6 years of marriage! …and wishing we were in Hawaii like 6 years ago today.

{Ainsley – 9 months} Spokane Baby Photographer

This is the third session for Miss Ainsley documenting her first year. You can check back at her newborn session (look how dark her hair was then!) and her 6 month session to see how much she has grown. Her parents were saying how she wasn’t being as smiley as she normally is, but I think we were able to get some great expressions and smiles…love all the faces she makes, so expressive!

{Family Fun} Spokane Family Photographer

Can I tell you how much I love Facebook? I was anti-Facebook for so so long. But now I’m addicted and I love re-connecting with old friends and seeing people I had lost contact with. I went to high school with Mikki and it had been several years since we last saw each other and then were able to connect again through Facebook. I had the great pleasure of meeting up with her and her gorgeous family for a mini-session this weekend. It seriously rained all day long (surprise) and I was certain we were going to have to reschedule, but there was a break in the afternoon and we were able to get some awesome pictures!

I saw this shirt a couple months ago and surprised Teagun with it. They did a section on dinosaurs at preschool this year and he is just a wee-bit obsessed with them, so I knew he would love this. But, really, what 5 year old boy wouldn’t love a shirt like this??? So stinkin’ cute!
