{5 on Friday} Spokane Photographer

Man, these are far and few between, huh?

1. I saw THIS printable kid’s chore chart the other day and decided it was time for Teagun to help out a little more around the house. Love how it says “This is how I contribute to my family!” He is so excited about this. We have listed 4 things for him to do everyday and he hasn’t complained once – is actually excited when I tell him it is time to clean up his room…lol. Wonder how long that will last though???

2. Emery turns 2 in 11 days. Seriously? She can’t be two already. I’m having trouble coming up with gift ideas for her birthday and Christmas since a lot of stuff we already have from Teagun (trike, kitchen, tons and tons of books, etc). I asked on Facebook the other day and got a few more ideas, but if anyone reading this can let me know what your 2 year old’s favorite toy is/was, it would be greatly appreciated!

3. Teagun started doing this face a while ago and when we asked him what kind of face it was, he responded, “That’s my 4 year old face!” Seriously cracks me up every time. I have been wanting to get a picture of it, so attempted this morning. This picture doesn’t do it justice though. And he has already been working on a new face for when he turns 5. Funny kid!

4. It’s snowing right now…sigh.

5. Happy Friday! Be sure to check back on Sunday for this month’s Photographer Spotlight interview. Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend.

Kelly - One thing Kate absolutely LOVES is a table my mom found at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It’s a fold up card table with two, folding (and locking) chairs. It’s easy to put up when needed. The best part is the top of the table is a dry erase material. She LOVES it. We color, draw maps and even work on writing letters. It’s about $35, so not too expensive. It’s not the best quality, you have to clean up the markings as soon as you’re done. However, it provides learning and imaginative play.November 13, 2009 – 3:30 pm

Chelsey - TOTALLY laughing out loud of here – that is one cute 4yo face! We just got our 2yo friend a coloring book and dress up/play shoes – sparkly mid-heels (they’re not high! they’re meant for 2 and 3yo’s haha!) – they are soooo cute! And she loves ‘em! Welcome Back ;) November 13, 2009 – 3:52 pm
