1. You have until tomorrow (at 11:59 pm to be exact) to vote for your FAVORITE NURSERY. One nursery is slightly ahead with the other three still super close. It is anyone’s game still. Be sure to email, facebook, twitter, blog, whatever works to get word out to make sure your favorite nursery wins! I will be announcing the winner on Sunday (one day earlier than posted) as I have a new Photographer Spotlight scheduled for Monday!

2. Making this into a Mine on Mnoday post (as usual) also. I signed Teagun up for kindergarten on Monday this week. I can’t believe he is old enough to go to “regular” school already. I know he will love it though!

(I was playing with a reflector here…need more practice obviously at it looks flashy to me, but I love his cute little face, nonetheless)

3. And have I mentioned Miss Emery is potty trained?!!? It has been a full month now! And we are probably 95% trained during the night too. So so nice not changing diapers anymore!

4. And speaking of Emery…anyone have any tips/tricks for getting kids to sleep longer in the morning? She used to sleep until 7:30-8:00am everyday and I’m good with that. However, over the last week or so it has continually gotten earlier and earlier and now she is waking up in the 5 o’clock hour and I’m not ok with that. Please help a tired mama out!

5. Daylight Savings this weekend – woot! Love the extra light and it means warm weather is not too far behind (hopefully!).

Michelle Sidles - Well daylight savings should help a little with the early bird syndrome. Instead of Emery getting up at 5am it will now be 6am. You’re welcome.

Actually, our son is a CRAZY early bird. Finally we just told him that if he woke up he could read in bed. But even then sometimes we’d have to clarify. Waking up at 3am to read wasn’t exactly what we had in mind.

Stacia - Congrats on potty training…a huge milestone!! And, you may not like my way of getting my child to sleep…we turned the lock around and she can’t come out until there is sunlight (7-ish). It is for her good though since I am not nice when I don’t sleep enough! good luck. That is a tough one!March 12, 2010 – 1:55 pm

Jen - Love these ones!! (I need to get going on my assignments… I havent done any of them – except the first one- yet! eek!) Oh, and you know what else… when my babies would wake up early, I would bring them into my bed and snuggle them back to sleep. I enjoyed the snuggly time (becuase they are always on the go) and it allowed me to sleep for another few hours! hopefully the time change hasnt made it worse!!
