This little guy was so calm and content…I got a lot of great awake shots as well as sleepy shots! He was just so sweet!

This little guy was so so so good! I’m not sure he even cried at all…he loved his little pacifier and would calm right down every time I moved him right when I put that in his mouth. He is just a doll (just like his big brother who’s newborn session I did last July).

Oh my, it was a busy week in our house! I often wonder if we are stretching ourselves to thin and sometimes wish to be able to sit at home and relax. But I’ve come to the conclusion that is just not us!
So besides it being our first week back to work a full five days (after two short(er) weeks) and Teagun starting back after two weeks off (we all were dragging by Monday evening already!), we signed Emery up for Gymnastics and she had her first class this week. She loved it and I think it will be really good for her…she seems to be so coordinated and pretty strong already, so I think this was a good choice for her (we were debating between dance and gymnastics). Then Teagun had his first basketball game this week too. Watching 5 years olds play basketball is quite entertaining! If anyone in the Spokane area is looking for a basketball program for your little one (I think it goes from kindergarten through 6th grade), check out Upward. They also have a cheerleading program for little girls if they aren’t interested in playing basketball. Oh, and Emery got her first haircut this week.Just took a couple inches off to try and tame it, but think we might have to take more off in order to do that! Then this weekend Trevor and Teagun went up skiing. I guess Teagun is becoming quite the skier – fearless, apparently. Not sure how I feel about that…I’m glad he is enjoying it, but honestly, skiing kind of scares me (one of the reasons I don’t go – though the biggest reason is I don’t like to be cold). Just seems like you can get hurt too easily. But I digress…he loves it and is doing awesome, so that is all that matters!

A little video of him skiing. Makes me nervous just looking at it…that hill just seems too steep for a 5 year old (or maybe just me) – LOL! I thought he would just be on the bunny hill for a while. Sorry, for some reason it is sideways and I can’t figure out how to turn it upright!
